    I went into the KFC Location located at **** ******** *** Lancaster Pa ***** June 7th around 7pm after a long day of work. Moving quickly i didn't see a sign posted on the front door that stated "PICKUP ORDERS ONLY" When I got to the counter to place my order I was ignored by the workers. In which one of the younger girl then stated we are not taking order in the Lobby only online orders and drive thru. I asked why was the lobby cleaned and closed> She ignored me and walked off. I asked for the manager in which this short Lady with **** colored hair then yelled from the back " IM NOT TAKING NO LOBBY ORDERS ONLY ONLINE AND DRIVE THRU" When asked if I could speak to her she refused and when I asked how do I order online is there a App or something I was ignored as well. After a few minutes I found the app and was able to order. When the 8 piece chicken came up and I received it all the chicken was dried out and nasty! At this point I was disbelief and I left the location quickly after trying to eat the meal in the parking lot. Upon doing so I dropped my envelope with $4500 cash 3 days pay in there parking lot as a direct result of this incident. When I called the establishment to see if one of the workers had picked it up because someone was cleaning the parking lot when I came back I was hung up on. KFC is responsible for this
