      To start the service is excellent but the business practices are awful. I have been with leffler since 2018. I signed up for the budget plan to start off. We would pay every month and when we paid off our oil delivery we weren't required to make payments because there was nothing to pay on. Fast forward to around 2020 something changed and they required payment each month even when you did not owe money. They started to keep track and continued to bill hundreds of dollars telling us we were late on our payments when hadn't had any oil delivered. Keep in mind this is on the budget plan. Currently we are being told we owe over $600 when in reality we only have $300 to pay off the last oil delivery. Leffler is overcharging us by claiming we need far more deliveries then necessary. The business practices are shady and the budget plan does not fit any low income budget. Your better off just pricing out different companies every time you need oil. This company should be investigated.
