    I purchased the house in December 16th, 2022. I was told by the realtor, the previous sellers that a NEW roof was installed. I did not notice any issues up until we got a spell of wind with rain. The wind blew off a panel of the NEW shingles off. So, I contacted two roofing companies since then to see what repairs would need to be done, two of the roofers that looked at the roof said that they do not know how it passed inspection & they're bewildered that **** caraballo charged the previous sellers $6,000 for work that isn't done right. The roofers told me that the shingles aren't overlapping the way that they're supposed to, the rubber roof that is on the back of the house is done wrong as well as the flashing. I am quite upset because i was informed that the house that i purchased came with a new roof. I will be receiving pictures of the work done by **** Caraballo and I will happily send them to you once received. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.     At closing, the sellers said that the warranty was transferred to the new owners, I received the invoice of the warranty a week ago. I contacted ****, there was a language barrier which really makes it difficult to discuss the issue at hand.
