    We were lied to and fraudulently charged money for one years maintenance and we were only members for roughly two weeks. After that, we were charged $32 for an nsf fee which was deducted from a bank account that had the funds. We were never told which date the payment comes out (on or around the 17th) shady. Regardless, we were charged and they say we still owe 24.99.I canceled the membership on 4/23/24.They said they cant do anything about anything. My boyfriend kindly shoutout to all inside and outside that PF are scammers and take out way too much money from bank accounts unauthorized.Please refund my money and shut this fraudulent, lying company down. Thank you and have a beautiful day!
