    I booked my stay in December and confirmed reservations 2 weeks before my trip. We showed up at the hotel at 5:40pm and there was no one at the front desk, around 6pm someone showed up for work (and probably shouldn't have!!). I gave him my name and he said "you're not on the list". I asked him how that was possible when I confirmed 2 weeks ago and the payment was taken out of my bank around 1pm that day. He said that checkin is at 3pm and around 3:30pm if you're not there they start giving rooms away so they don't have any open rooms. After a while of back and forth with him he said "I don't have a room for you so get the F out of my line" Luckily I booked through a travel site and they found me another place to stay and they paid the difference. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT book here!!!
    If a zero star review was possible I would have left it!

    I made a reservation for this hotel at a discount price for a one night stay, I then received
    a email reconfirming my stay then I received a phone call on Saturday that the manager canceled my
    reservation because they over booked. I feel I was canceled because of the discounted
    price and I feel it was because the manager could get a higher price for the room. When
    the person called she was rude to me when I was asking the question why my reservation was canceled and I ask to speak with the manager she told me he doesn't talk to anyone. I had booked the reservation weeks ago, I feel this is a poor way to run a business.
