    I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Do not go here to file a new company, do not go here to get USDOT # / MC # .

    Mr. O**** came to our office to purchase a Commercial Auto Insurance policy on 12/28/22 for his new business. He asked if we could do a USDOT for him. We fully assisted with the successful processing of his DOT Application which was the business formation service that he purchased.
    Upon this being completed, we advised Mr. O**** that he would need to complete the Federal filings through FMCSA. Mr. O**** wanted us to do this for him, however we explained that the filings are required to be done by the client themselves. We provided Mr. O**** the website information and the all the guidance necessary to get this done over countless hours and days of support. Mr. O**** sent us several text messages as well as emails for additional help to complete and fax the documents for him.
    As a courtesy we did assist with items on the application and faxed documents to FMCSA several times for him. Mr. O**** was getting frustrated because they kept rejecting his application.
    On 01/11/2023, Mr. O**** did send our agency text message stating everything had been fixed and thanked us for the assistance. We asked him if again if there was anything else we could assist him with and he stated he was happy. He again thanked us for everything and even asked our agent to wish him luck, which she did. There was no interaction with him after this. This is why this negative review was very shocking and unexpected to us.
