    On November 7, 2022 I paid $2,200 to PA Laser Body Sculpting for a diet plan and (10) laser sessions. I was made to watch a video about the company and diet plan and was provided (1) laser treatment on 11/07/22 (for free), after which i booked 10 sessions at $180 each. I decided not to pursue the diet plan and was reimbursed $400 on 11/10 upon request. I never was provided any documents or receipts, however I have banking statements with the charges if needed. I was never given a print out regarding the costs of the sessions (it was shown to me on a board at the office-the more visits you booked the cheaper the session) It didn't feel right, nothing about it. Nothing was ever provided about a non-refund policy, nor did I sign anything while at my initial consultation. I had laser appointments on the following dates: 11/10 ($180), 11/17 ($180)Upon discovering I didn't lose any weight (which I was assured I would) I also noticed on my second visit the attendant working at the facility tried to take my stomach measurements at a smaller area to try and show I did have success with the treatments. This business is a scam and they know it. If you visit their website, it is fake pictures because it is a franchise out of Florida. They informed me on my consultant visit the owner was a housewife "*******" who had a doctor as a husband. I requested my money back on and was assured I would receive a check for the remainder of what I paid which would have been $1,440. After numerous text, voice mail messages I have still not heard anything from the company. They need to be shut down before anyone else is scammed.
