    This is a follow up email containing all details necessary. Good evening ***************************,My name is *************************** and I came in to speak to you about a cracked oil pan in my vehicle after coming to the Columbia Ave Valvoline a few weeks prior. Here is a summary of events: -Oil change at Columbia Ave, Lancaster, PA Valvoline on 5/30 -Noticed oil leaking on 6/17, bought oil and took to garage near my house (I needed to be able to walk since I was without transportation) -6/19 I was notified by **** ******** Tire on ***** ****** in Lancaster that the reason my vehicle was leaking oil was due to a cracked oil pan. There were no issues with my vehicle until my oil was changed on 5/30 and Valvoline employees were the last to touch my car. -6/20 Picked up my car from **** ******** and paid almost $800 for labor and parts, drove straight to Columbia Ave Valvoline and spoke to you. You provided me with your contact card and information about how to make a claim. I also sent photos to your email and the customer care documents center and made the claim later that day. You never responded stating you received the documents. I called customer care and they told me the documents were received. -I called the customer care service line on 6/24 to check on the claim, it was still being investigated. -I called again on 7/6 and the woman transfered me directly to the Valvoline store on Columbia Ave. A man named ****** shared that you were not in on 7/6, but would contact me to follow up. -No return call from you, ********, no response to email - 7/8 - Called customer care and spoke to ********. She called the store and they told her he went home at noon and won't be back in until 8am on Monday 7/10 My claim number is ********* Please feel free to email me back or call my cell phone, ******************* or **************.Thank you,~***************************
