    The neurology institute has the most incompetent clinical staff I have ever seen. I get hemiplegic migraines which cause me to go paralyzed. I have sent accommodation forms over to be able to work from home due to this medical condition. I have had to send these forms back 5 times due to incorrect information after I have called and written numerous messages on what needs to be on these forms. This is causing medical,physical and mental distress and is greatly effecting my lively hood and greatly impacting my quality of life. Due to this gross lack of concern or consideration for LGHs patients I have been let down and neglected the accommodation to live a somewhat normal life regardless of my medical condition. The professionalism is greatly lacking and completely insufficient for what is expected out of a medical office that deals in acute care. Not to mention the thousands of dollars I have put out to receive such poor degrading care. I have expressed my concerns and upset to Lancaster general neurology and it has gone without action and has been completely dismissed. I need these forms filled out correctly before I am forced to take legal action.
