    I do hot recommend this dealer. This is the fourth mobile home I have purchased in 50 years and I am beyond disappointed! The kitchen appliances are all cheaply made, work poorly..the burner flames on the gas stove can not be turned down to a low flame causing only one burner to be usable but it still ***** everything but plain water. The doors were adjusted after one month but two months later they have light showing around them and they stick so bad that at 71 yrs of age I can barely open them most times. The smoke/carbon monoxide detectors started randomly beeping a couple of days agothis morning they were beeping loudly starting at 4am..when I called the dealership for assistance I was told to call ***********, the manufacturer. First Alert told me it was a nuisance problem and they would replace the detectors for a ***** shipping fee! I told them I wasnt paying shipping fee for a 3 month old product! I was told to disconnect the detectors and wait for delivery of new detectors in 7-10 business days! It is winter and I am very angry that I have to go without the protection of smoke/carbon monoxide detectors for that long.

    Had one put up 2 years ago. 2 doors still don't line up. Sunlight still coming through front door after it has been fixed. Cracks everywhere. Cabinets were put in too tight for average fridge to fit. Just stopped asking them to fix and need a professinal to complete work. Have not recommended to the 4 people locally who have asked me about them.

    The entire staff at Superior Homes is amazing. There was so many design and layout choices to pick from which made decision making easy. They handled everything from the initial order all the way to having the home set up and ready for our move-in date. I will certainly recommend these guys to anyone I know that’s in the market for a new home.
