    I have tried unsuccessfully and numerous times to contact this establishment to cancel my reservations scheduled for April 11, 2023 to April 13, 2023. When I made the reservation, I asked for a confirmation number to be emailed to me. I have never received a confirmation number. Now I find I am being charged a non refundable fee of $338. I have left numerous messages for someone to call me but still have heard nothing. The reservation was made through Reservations.com who told me to contact the establishment directly. I am getting no where! There is nothing to upload as I NEVER received anything. This type of business practice does not bode well for the tourist industry in Lancaster, **!

    My husband and I were in the area for the Lancaster Classic. We attempted to stay at the Country Inn on January 27th. We arrived late and took a shower from the long day we had. We were ready to go to bed so we uncovered the top blanket and noticed someone else's hair ALL over the pillows and the sheet. This showed us that they do not wash their sheets and no longer wanted to stay in the hotel. We showed the pillow to the very young front desk kids and they too were disgusted. We booked this through ********** and after several attempts were unable to get our refund back even though there was someone else's hair all over the bed. I have been in communication with them via ** (that's the only way to get a hold of them), and they just give me the run around day in and day out. We have been in communication with hotels.com and they keep sending emails and telling me they can't get a hold of them. Based on previous reviews that we didn't read based on the high star rating, they have also had issues with refunding people because of their dirty bed (a couple instances of bed bugs). Their lack of communication to both me and ********** is inexcusable as a business. If any possible customer is reading this--never give them your business.

    Went and stay at this hotel and the were suppose to give us a 200 dollar refund once we checked out and we haven't received it yet and they have hotel cleaning staff charging guest 8.00 for fresh towels during their stay
