    Eden Resorts and Suites is not the 3.5 - 4 star hotel they make it out to be. They advertise nice things and amenities, such as outdoor amenities, with specific availability (Sunday, November 5) and lure you in. After you book, you learn those dates are not true. The outdoor amenities, such as basketball ping pong, billiards, bocce ball, etc. was not available as of the 20th of October. The restaurants closed early and we were stuck in a dirty, bug-spray scented hotel for a two-night minimum stay. False advertising at its finest.

    On May 6th and 7th, 2023, I stayed at Eden Resorts in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, during my twins' basketball tournament. I called in advance to request a room with an indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. Eden Resorts had only one room available, which had three queen beds, a pull-out sofa, and a patio. Despite requesting to see the room before payment, the staff was too busy to accommodate my request. Later that night, I discovered that the patio was a window, and the next morning we were charged for breakfast despite being told it was complimentary. I requested to speak with a manager during check-out, but the staff member refused to provide me with the manager's email address or a receipt. When the manager arrived, the staff member became aggressive, calling me a derogatory term, and physically assaulting me by headbutting me, causing me to bleed. The police were called, and I filed a report. Eden Resorts' staff were extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of customer service. Furthermore, their employee assaulted me, and I would never recommend anyone to stay at this resort.
