      Good afternoon I am putting this complaint out there because I ordered an item from this company receive the shipping information. The item shouldve been to meby February 8. I checked the **** website the item made it to ********************, where I currently reside now the item is currently in ***********. reached out to the company to try to get this resolved and get my money back and Im being told I had to reach out toUSPS I did that **** told me that it was a problem on the companys behalf and not mine. I verify my address was correct and it is so its an issue on the companies behalf. Now its another week. My item still is not here and its in *********** and Im not sure why itwas in ************ on 6 February only to leave ************ and nine in ***********. Every time I reach out to the company via email I get the runaround. All I want is my money back I dont care aboutthem shipping the order if you gave me a date, it was gonna be here. It shouldve been here by now. Someone dropped the ball somewhere, but neither here nor there. I just want my money back and I will never order from this company again buyer beware this company is a ripoff. I spent $43 on a T-shirt and dont even know where its going or what address they are sending it to cause its definitely not mine

      BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!! On 07/07/2024 I ordered 2 shirts size ladies large from Illcurrancy for a total of *****. They sent me childs large. (comparison pictured below). I have been trying to contact them for over a week with no reply but asking to wait then sending a link that states to receive my refund I have to pay a 30% restock fee(19.67), I have to pay to ship it back to them (***** for flat rate box), then I have to pay shipping back to me(19.98), totaling exactly *****. So for a 65$ order Ill receive *****. This is not only unacceptable its unethical and its legal theft. I WANT EVERY DIME OF MY MONEY BACK. I know every single proper channel to get it as well and will be filing with every.single.one of them. I am posting on here to try to recover my money back before I have to file with the other 3 places. I searched for the brand shirt they use and they are literally paying 2.18 for the shirt and using a printing press with a peel off transfer that costs pennies to make. So again BUYER BEWARE

      I placed an order 2 weeks ago and up to this day can't get get any information on where my order is. I also made an attempt to cancel the order and is being told that there will be a 30% re stocking fee. Basically took my money, not fulfill my order and still want to take 30% restocking fee.

      I have been trying to reach out to this company about a service fee for insurance on your item . They automatically add it to your order with out you picking it . So when I seen my receipt I didn’t know it was an option to not add it may I include they automatically adds it There voice mail is always full. They don’t answer the phone . And they keep saying they will get back to me it’s going on 3 days now

      I recently solicited from illcurrency around or about April 2,2023. I reached out to the company several days before the delivery date to amend items in my order. I talked to a agent via text confirming my amendment. I was under the belief that the items was taken care of, I received the order and was less than satisfied. I reached out via email to the company and was greeted with the unpleasant candor of a employee due to them not having record of the accounts of the conversations previously had. I would greatly appreciate a investigation or a business review given. Thank you for your time

      I place *** ordered on 4/ 01/ 2023 of which was supposed to be 1 item which I doble ordered by accident. So after releasing the mistake I quickly searched for contact information, which I found a text support that I have heen texting for almost 3 days now. The 1st excuse of not responding to me was that it was after business hours I was told to then that someone will vontact me today and that never happened. So I was also emailing them to the email that they provided for customer support and not one reply after my many sent . All I wanted was them to correct the order now I just want my money back .30% they said that will take but I can't even get an tracking number from them or see my place order receipt statement. They took 90.00  off my card I love the item but not there workmanship towards there customers.

      THESE PEOPLE ARE SO RYDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I REACHED OUT TO THEM ABOUT MY ORDER WHICH I THOUGHT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A TEE SHIRTAND TENNIS SHOE COMBO FOR MY 10 MONTH OLD GRANDSON. THE SHIRT WAS LOW QUALITY AND HIGHLY OVER PRICED! THEN THEY SENT ME NASTY EMAILS AND WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL! WHEN I OFFERED TO SEND SHIRT BACK FOR REFUND THEY IGNORED ME AND BLOCKED MY TEXT MESSAGES. THESE SELLERS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
