    I had a very discourteous experience with the Management of this company. I ordered a product from their location. There product was not live and bioactive as stated. They refunded and told me to never order from them again and that they were not going to do business with me. I have ordered from them previously several times and received decent exact same product, with one time previous "bad" product. I was not rude or ignorant about their product or "mean" to any of their associates. Please look into this discrimination for me, it is unbelievable!

    Customer complained about an item on August 9th, 2024, and was offered a discount on his next purchase as a one-time courtesy. After this, the customer repeatedly called the store to complain about the item again and about said offer. He was issued a refund for that order to dissuade further conflict. Proper use of the item was also explained at this time by several supervisors and managers. On September 30th, 2024, the customer ordered the same item again and on October 1st, 2024, when the item was delivered, the customer called the store repeatedly to make the same complaint about the item, he was extremely rude to several employees despite their best efforts to explain the proper use of the item again. On this date, he was warned that if this problem continued, we would not sell him that item any longer. Customer purchased the same item again on November 15th and on November 16th, the day after the item was delivered, the customer repeatedly called the store to complain about the same item. He was issued another refund and was informed we would not sell this item to him anymore.
