    I ordered 2 different sizes of crickets from this business. When I received the order they were in 2 boxes with the sizes clearly marked on the sides. Upon unpacking my order I noticed the crickets were the same size. I contacted the company and received an email shortly after requesting that I send a picture of a ruler next to the crickets. I did as asked and *** never heard anything back. Ive sent multiple emails requesting a refund and nothing.

    I sent the email below ?? to the company six times & wrote them a message on their website 5 more times & sent them additional email asking for some instructions with the best way to incorporate this product with nutrients I am using Just to see if they will respond but they never did. I'm having a serious order issue because the product did not arrive the way it should've and not in the bag they stated it should have arrived but I got no response."I received my "Black soldier fly larvae p*** ??" but It came in a black nylon tie bag that's very breathable and I am worried that they will absorb way too much moisture because I am not planning on using this amazing fertilizer right away but within a year, possibly longer because I will be top dressing my pots with living soil when re-amending for the next cycle. So I went on to your website to look at the storage instructions because I have been using this product for over 10 years and everyone I bought it from always sold it in Ziploc bags. After reading your item description on your website it clearly states that you guys are shipping this item in a Ziploc bag but that's not how it was shipped to me. I'm worried that they are ****** dry already and the package was left outside which most likely dried them out even more and when that happens they lose their efficacy because it's important to keep them hydrated and prevent from drying out but the bag you sent it in, will definitely cause problems for prolonged storage purposes.Why didn't you send it in a Ziploc bag like your website states? What do I do with this order now? It's a lot drier than they should be. I took some ziploc bags and was about to transfer the frass into them but when I took a handful they felt almost completely dry and they barely have any scent left while frass usually has a much stronger smell?! This is when I decided to send you this email and find out maybe whoever packaged my order used the wrong bag to bag up my order? Please advise"

    On the 9th, I placed an order for 1000 pin head crickets. I hatch and raise mantids and knew I needed the crickets to feed the mantids in the first days of their lives. The order arrived today. It wasn't pinheads, it was 1000 medium size crickets. I took photos and emailed Critter Depot 3x today. I really needed them to overnight the replacements. I've heard nothing from them. If they aren't going to send the right crickets then I need a refund so I can purchase elsewhere. I've heard nothing from them. You'd think they would check their emails during the day.

    I placed an order of 1000 crickets from this company on 9/30/22 with order #******. The order arrived on 10/5/22 but most crickets were dead. I sent an email to which they did respond and shipped out a new order the following week. Those crickets arrived on 10/12/22 but this time all were dead. I've emailed them several times but they will not respond. I paid $25 for dead crickets.
