      Put a phone call to Ranck to replace a bad draft inducer on a well ****** furnace told him the problem they informed me they would be a $90 trip charge I said OK guy I met him asked him if he brought the part, he said now he hast to look at it first Walked in within five minutes back out in his truck. Yup youre right we need to draft inducer. Well have to get one come back. Call me if I remember he told me the parts is $192. I said OK come back put it on. They tell me that they had a bad circulating pump was a problem I said well thats strange. You guys put that on last year I said, why did you put the wrong pump on last year? Well let me check into it. I did check their service records and yes we put that wrong pump on so we will stand behind that. I guess my question is maybe with the wrong pump shutting down with have something to do with a fan and do some motor going out I do not know but I received a bill for $1950 , *** reached out to the company to tell them that Im just satisfied with the pricing for what a part cost. You dont need to make $1000 every time you go out to do I did share with them at this point Id like to pay the bill if we can negotiate And we can take $50 off the bill. I said thats not acceptable I said I will check to see what the part cost I did find out the part cost $709.13. That is my cost that is not a wholesale cost that they would be paying so out of a $1950 bill two trips coming I feel $1200 is not justified and I believe that was Hitting in the cost of the circulator pump that they had to replace they put on the wrong the year before. Im disputing this amount and not getting anywhere. I told him Id like to settle this before I take it to ******** share this and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau get a registered letter today And interest youre gonna have more legal fees. I called them this morning. to speak to **** ***, chief financial officer. No response

      This is the information we have to refute what Mr. ******** has alleged.  I did return Mr. ********** phone call but he never called me back.  In addition, he did not return any emails from the HVAC manager handling this invoice.  Mr. ******** left us no choice but to turn his account over to our local District Magistrate in hopes he would have more success collecting the balance.
