    This company is a slum lord business who writes their own ****** reviews and makes up whatever fees they want. They do not follow tenant rights or maintain their properties. If you care about your health and safety, do not rent from Trademark. I am not a disgruntled dirty ex tenant. I have legitimate complaints and claims about the legality and quality of the services they provide. They only care about making money and the landlords they manage properties for. From a rental perspective, it is the worst in ****************.

    This company has taken over 2 weeks to remove a bird nest in my washer dryer. This is a fire hazard. They keep asking for extra materials on my end and asking me to go through an AI portal or redirecting me and not ever solving my problem. They bought my last property manager and added a fee for pest control etc for stuff already included in my last bill. Often get sent to voicemail or ignored.
