a licensed real estate agent Mark Z******* did not disclose very important information to me as the seller of my home and withheld information regarding the sale of my home until last minute. After several more than seven requests for him to terminate the agreement of sale of my home at **** ***** ** due to the home that I was to purchase failed appraisal and lending approval. He did not forward a request of termination of sale. I had housing clause abd his broker removed the contingency from the contract as soon as we made an offer on another home they did not wait for the appraisal findings or the appraisal report to come back before removing that contingency. Mark said he reached out to them when in fact he didn't he steered me in the wrong direction and wrong information when he told m me that I had time to terminate the sale agreement. Mark reached out to me 14 days before the home was to go to closing that he could not terminate the sale agreement as the buyer would pursue and he strongly encouraged me to move forward with the sale of my home as she would pursue legal action. I reached out to the broker Don p***** immediately and talked to Sharon at the office who told me Dan p***** had left for the Virgin Islands but she would look into it and investigate and call me. I never received a call from anyone at the office and Mark stopped texting me when I asked him did he know about this clause why did he tell me that I had plenty of time why did he tell me that he sent over the termination 10 days prior and he did not have any answers to those questions To say the least I am very upset that Dan p***** and his realtor mark removed the contingency housing clause before the appraisal came back. r Mark didn't have any intentions on requesting a termination of sale for the sale of my home as he wanted those funds and or may not have known himself that the contract could not be canceled. I requested that I'd be in a separate room from Mark and the buyer of my home.
