I was looking at an apartment with employee *****, and was explaining to her my situation. I was explaining how I don't have somethings that were needed for the application. She told me not to worry about it, and she would explain my situation to her employer. I had told her my story, and the reasoning behind why I lacked certain documents required for the rental application. She told me to fill out the application, and she would talk with her co workers about me. I filled out the application because of what ***** told me, otherwise I wouldn't of filled out the application. Now I lost my $35 application fee.

On August 30th I received a call from the manager that my daughter *************************** was suppose to move into the apartment that day. He did not hear from her so he called me because I was the emergency contact. I told him she had moved. He said he had a money order from her. I could pick it up. Then I get a call saying they would send it in the mail. I notified the office that I never received the money order. They said they had to notify corporate. This has me wondering what happen to the money order. It was for $400.00. It has been two months. It should not have taken two months to return the money order. My daughter never moved in. So what happen to the $400.00?
