I wanted to take a minute and tell you about ****** *********, my project manager for my house fire which we just closed and now the same for my unfortunatley next new claim right after, water damage from a roof leak. He is definitly an asset to the company. I know I was stressful pain in the you know what! at times but he always responded and answered all my questions and did what he needed to do. For the new claim, I asked him questions that wasnt part of the coverage regarding my roof leak. He assisted me by giving myself and the person who helps me with my house work on the next steps on my part with possible but not guaranteed solutions. It was definitely a big help so i can now get my part completed. All of the other staff that I worked with did an excellent job as well, esp the ones who had to contact and work with my homeowners insurance. Than you as well..****, ****** ******. And **** ************.

This is the best restoration company in the area. Hands down. Would use them time and time again if needed. Walked me through step by step as the project moved along. Any question I had, I recieved an answer day of. Very well respected. They make no issues and always find a way to make it work for what you want. **** is one of a kind when it comes to the level of help he and his company provides. This company did an exceptional job with restoring and renovating my home after it was totally destroyed as a result of a fire in April of 2024. I am now back in my home as of January 2025 and so very happy that I chose ClassOne to help rebuild the home of our dreams. Class One had people here at my house within 2 hours of me calling about my emergency, an overflowing toilet had caused water damage from the 2nd floor all the way down to the basement. The damage was assessed and mitigation was started within an hour of arrival. A plan was formulated for the completion of mitigation and subsequent remediation within 24 hours. They were easily and readily available for any questions regarding all aspects of the plan to myself and the insurance company. They were very helpful and informative when dealing with the contractors who completed the work and were present to oversee all of it as well. Everything was done to my expectations and beyond. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend this company 10 out of 10 times.ClassONE Property Restoration, Inc.

Class one Resteration did a awesome job with clean up and tearing down all the burnt peaces of the home and then they did awesome job of rebuilding the houseClassONE Property Restoration, Inc.

One of our fire stations sustained damages from a broken pipe. ClassONE was contracted to complete the needed repairs to put the station back to prior loss conditions. Work was done is a timely fashion and back to prior conditions where you would never know it happened. Excellent experience! This was the first experience as a home owner with a water leak, and the professionalism and understanding of ClassOne was was unmatched! From dealing with insurance, to floor coloring, to paint, to even having our own project coordinator. The workers were SO nice, and SO fast. I had my entire first floor laid, all new drywall downstairs, and paint. Problem areas torn out and replaced within 1 week. I couldn't recommend them enough !!ClassONE Property Restoration, Inc.

***** ***** **** and *** have made the restoration process on my property so easy. They were able to complete all phases of my disaster from removing the tree from the structure, working on my behalf with the insurance company, design of the replacement and the rebuild. Their name says it all, they are Class One in my book.ClassONE Property Restoration, Inc.
