    Paid this company to Replace my roof and it continues to leak after multiple attempts by the company to fix it.

    They did a roofing job for my neighbor, their equipment damaged my lawn with their motorized equipment. They never asked my permission to go on my property. I contacted them twice. They called me once to say they would come out and look at it.

    I paid $4800 for a new rubber roof on my breezeway porch. Elmer's roofing sent 2 kids to my property on Friday July 22nd to install the roof. I paid in full but sent and email along with pictures to Daniel S******** questioning the tar that was slopped on my brick and flagstone in front of my door. I also noticed a square patch on what was supposed to be a brand new rood. I sent an email on August 15th and 30th. Daniel called me on Friday September 2nd but cell reception was cutting in and out and I told him to call me when he got to an area with good reception. Today is September 6th, I still have a patched roof that was to be brand new along with tar slopped on my brick garage and the flagstone in front of my breezeway door..which he did suggest that I rub some gasoline on it. This is not a professional response to the problem caused by the business. I want the roof fixed..I should not be paying full price for a brand new patched roof and I want the tar removed from the brick and stone.

    I have met with ****** ***** and we talk about the rubber roof and come to an agreement about the roof I also refunded her $1,500.00 on 9/17/22
