    We requested two pair of shoes and a shirt be air brushed with Bluey, Bingo, Chili, and Bandit. We showed him a reference to what we'd like and he said he'd be able to do so. We dropped our shoes off January 20th, told him it was no rush and we didn't need them until March. January 29th he texted that they were ready and we could pick them up the upcoming weekend. We arrived to his placement in the mall and his stand was not there. We texted him to ask if he was coming in any time soon and received no response. After walking for about an hour we heard nothing from him and left. He continued to ignore all messages until we told him we'd be reporting him to mall management and police. We finally received a message stating, "I go out of town on business just like millions of people do.". He continued to ignore messages and then finally told us February 7th we could pick up the items. Again, we arrived to the mall and the stand was nowhere in sight. The message we then received from him after asking where he was, was "Hello from airbrush ... your order is waiting for you at the ******* kiosk... right there... his name is *****...". After viewing the products we've never been so disgusted with a purchase. As you can see in the images uploaded none of the received products are worth $200. That $200 does not include the cost of the sneakers or sweater. You can see where it was rushed completely, none of the characters look like the actual characters. There are smear marks on the shoes and they wreaked of fresh paint when we picked them up. It was a complete and total trashy job. Both pairs of shoes and sweater are unfixable.

    Unfortunately we do not have another address. Even on the website the address still is at the mall.

    We learned after all of this from other mall staff near his station that hes been hit and complained about by other customers for his rudeness, lack or response, and poor work received. 

    We requested a refund and reported him as a scam on CashApp but have yet to receive a response.

    I attempted to add a picture, but all CashApp said is:
    C:For privacy and security reasons, we can't share any customer's contact info with other customers, including email addresses or phone numbers.
    The only info that another customer is able to view is your account's name.

    M: So if the Better Business Bureau were to get in contact with you would you be able to give them the information?

    C: I don't have any new info to provide on this issue. For questions or concerns outside of this, I'm more than happy to help.
