    I needed to find a storage when I got here from Tennessee. I went online and tried to rent a storage for storage sense unfortunately it said error and that someone else rented unit after I put my payment info in . It kept repeating error so I chose to go with **** storage on ******** ** , which I had no problems. I have stage 4 ******** so I am in and out of hospital a lot , so I didn’t notice they charged me 174 and 139 and 15.90. I went to office spoke to ***** , he saw the errors told me he contacted his boss that I will be receiving a call, which I didn’t told him I never had a storage with them . Never received a call , next month same thing . I call the customer help line which ***** who answered said she sees there’s an ongoing issue and since the manager never called she was going to have the district or regional manager to call me , I did call storage sense , ***** tells me that there’s a pending refund for $595 , I ask him to print it I will pick it up , and I went when I got there there’s a screen at counter that shows you what ***** was doing and it went from $595 to 139 only , he said he couldn’t do a refund or anything. ***** called me and said I was to receive a refund of 517 after 139 refund . I am still waiting. Need help , they made my account negative and the stress is affecting my health . I am current at *** room **** . Thank you help me get my refund back .
