      I have been gaslighted by the promises Genesis offered when I purchased my vehicle. My vehicle was purchased brand new and has given me so many issues. 2 months after purchasing my vehicle, the car dealership stopped servicing Genesis vehicles. Did I mention this was the only Genesis dealership in town. My vehicle has to be transported to another city 600 miles to the nearest Genesis dealership to get an oil change and serviced. Additionally, the vehicles paint started peeling. I asked for it to be corrected due to only having the vehicle for 2 months and being under warranty. They kept the vehicle for a month brought it back and the door wasnt closing properly. Again, they gaslighted me and gave me empty promises. My car has been there for another month and half and it might be there longer cause the technician scratched the car when replacing the door panels. I have been without a car for almost 4 months and to top it off I have to pay for my own car rental. This has been a nightmare and I will never buy or recommend another Genesis. Do better Genesis!
