  I went to this dentist they charged me a $300 copay I argued with them and told them I didn't have a copay They insisted I did. I called my insurance company and they said no I do not ********************* called them and they didn't go back to them till a week later and then they said oh no that was not a copay It was for an irrigation which I never had or was even told about. When my insurance company questioned them how come the irrigation wasn't on their claim they didn't have an answer but then the next day it showed up in the claims. Today I went back to pick up my partial and they told me I had a $600 copay again I argued and I told them I'm not paying it and I left I was in the parking lot I called my insurance company and again no copay My insurance company called the dentist office and they said oh no it wasn't a copay that's $600 is an upfront payment for the partial and then when the insurance company sends them the money they will reimburse me that was never told to me either both times I was told simply was a copay and both times they changed their story I walked out and I will never go back there again they've been investigated before for fraud.

  Went for my scheduled appointment yesterday was told after signing in that my insurance is no longer acceptable.
  Been using my Cigna Medicare
  Insurance there for the last 5? Years.
  My last appointment the dental hygienist complained to the head Dentist that my teeth had a lot of stains.
  Don't go for a cleaning or have Cigna Medicare insurance.

  Great dentists pulled down by horrible pricing, 4% additional charge on credit or debit, rude desk staff, and disorganization with scheduling. Plus its under constant renovation but it still looks horrible and shotty. Blurry tvs and distorted broken speakers. Best of bucks, no.
  Also apparently one of the rudest and most unprofessional financing directors or medical staff of any kind ive ever come across. They ignored my emails and calls for over a week because I was "rude" to the staff for wanting to discuss with the financial director how I thought the pricing was wrong or I was misled. When they did respond to my email it was with vengence and utter unprofessionalism.

  i filing a complaint about the service that Alpha Dental Excellence preform on me. I have implants done on me upper and bottom denture, this was back in 2021, so far i been back to them three times sent then, all three times was to fix my upper implants. Each time the implants got loser, i just went back to them on May 2nd a now another dentist want to fix the mistake but i would have to pay more money for their mistake. I want to know if i have a legal obligation to sue them

  I made an appointment for x-rays only. They told me over the phone they would have to charge me a $19 new patient fee. I reluctantly said ok and I said again that I wanted x-rays only, The woman on the phone said ok no problem. When i got there for my appointment the woman at the front desk insisted i needed a full exam which my insurance would not cover because i had one recently. I would have never paid the $19 if they told me this up front on the phone so i asked for the $19 to be refunded since i didn't want to pay out of pocket for the exam. The woman said she couldn't refund my money and then became very rude!. I didn't get a refund and had to make an appointment somewhere else. i was very upset at the unprofessional way they treated me after they mislead me on the phone about what i had to get done just to get x-rays. i don't trust them and i mentioned i was going to leave a negative experience review and they said "go ahead". I need a dentist office that i can trust and this isn't it!!!
