      On or about 11/2/2021, my partner, ***************************, **************************************, engaged Asphalt Services, LLC, of ************ to remove her old concrete driveway and replace it with an asphalt driveway. The fee was paid and the work was promptly done. As part of the agreement, Asphalt Services agreed to apply a free seal coat, and advised ***** to wait a year for the seal coat. Asphalt Services advised ***** to contact ***************** for the seal coat. There are texts from *********** from Nov 2022 thru Sept 2023, but no seal coat was applied. There are emails to and from Asphalt Services advising them of the free seal coat not being applied, their promise to resolve, but it still has not been done. The most recent email from Oct 23, 2023, contained a promise to call ***** that afternoon, but it was not done. An email sent May 5 2024 has not received a response.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      The contractor has made arrangements to seal the driveway 

      As I was unaware that the complaint would be published, please scub any personal details before doing so
