I went to the hospital and did not have my insurance card on me but have had the same state insurance for over 5 years and the hospital had it on file. I attempted to dispute this charge as soon as I noticed it on my credit report because the hospital failed to bill my insurance. I should not have had any sort of copay as I was on ******** at the time and still am but instead have a collection charge of approximately $1400. I was never billed and instead it was just put into collections and on my credit report. This needs to be addressed, it is highly illegal to bill ******** patients when the hospital had the ******** insurance on file and just did not bill it for some unknown reason.

Took my son to the Emergency Department in October 2022. The **********************Medical Center billed my insurance and was paid on November 3, 2022 with no issues whatsoever. The doctor group, Team Health (Emergency Services of PA), continues to send monthly bills even though I've provided photos of my insurance card, verbally gave the information, and told them where to send the bill. They've sent it through my insurance company the wrong way at least 3 times to which the insurance company tells them to send to the local **** as I've explained to at least ten people that I work from home and that they need to bill the local insurance company. My insurance company even told me Team Health isn't allowed to send me a bill until it goes through them and they should have never sent a bill in the first place. Yet I keep getting bills sent and calling each time to explain they havent sent to my insurance yet. All I want is for Team Health to send the bill through my insurance company correctly and stop sending me the full bill until they do. Thank you. Its concerning that they bill so quickly without going through insurance first as the first bill was sent without even attempting to use my insurance.

I received email notification alerting me that there was a change to my credit report. I formerly had 0 collections on my report, but this company or hospital added 2 collections to my report, both for the same exact amount. I haven't had any service from this company or received a bill, and I have no idea what they are charging me for or where they stole my information from. I would like this hospital to remove this from my credit as a first step to correct this fraud.

I have never been here before yet it has been on my credit report saying I owe 2,000.00. I have disputed this and it came back that it meets fcc standards although I have never been here in my life
