      Team Toyota the dealer who has service manager who dont return calls. Ive left atleast 6 messages to include the service advisor saying he was leaving notes only for no one to call back. Go else where Team doesnt care about customer satisfaction or your brand new ***********************.

      Team had taken my car to another shop to have work done at Makko. Makko did bodywork and paint. Team never disclosed to me another shop had my car. Now I'm unable to have the recalled work done on my paint because I'm out of warranty. Which should of been completed while in warranty and was not once the recalled pain peeled off. It's been over a year and pain peeling all over my car. And they refuse to do the work because Makko did the job. Again was not aware they took my car to another shop.

      We would like more information from the customer to see if we can help. Cars brought to our Body Shops are not sent out to Maaco, or any other shop. When our shop is at capacity we do, at times, sublet some of our own used vehicle cosmetic work, not customer work. Please contact Victor B******* or Jeff R*******. ************. With customer and vehicle information we can check the details.
