Future Publishing emailed me a notice in April 2023 that my monthly magazine subscription of print and digital for ******* ** was going totally digital only. Because I wanted the monthly print copies and there was a price difference for a digital only subscription, I contacted their customer service regarding a price adjustment to my subscription. The customer service department only offered me a cancellation and a refund ($34.44). So, I requested a cancellation and refund. They told me it would take a 10 business days for them to refund the amount to my ****** account. I waited and there was no refund yet to my ****** account. I contacted them again and then they told me they could not refund to my ****** account because my subscription was beyond 90 days. They promised to mail me a refund check within 30 to 60 days. So, I waited again and no check arrived. I tried contacting them again and they are ignoring my emails.

On January 6th, I ordered 2 items from Future Publishing Ltd, the receipts for which I have included with this claim. One of the items arrived in a timely fashion, the other (***** ******** ***** ***********) has not been delivered. After the first 9 weeks of non-delivery, I contacted the seller and they stated that a glitch in their system prevented the item from being shipped, that it had at that time now been shipped, and asked that I wait another 5 weeks for delivery. After another 5 weeks of non-delivery, I contacted the seller again and requested resolutions for the issue, to which they offered to either refund the item or to ship it again, and I requested a refund. The seller subsequently refunded $8.99, to which I claimed was an inappropriate partial refund for an item which cost a total of $29.99. Over a series of e-mails, I have provided the seller with a copy of my receipt from them detailing the total amount paid for the item and a confirmation from PayPal that a total of $59.98 was transferred to Future Publishing Ltd. Additionally, the seller has confirmed that they received $29.99 for the successfully delivered item (Teach Yourself Modern Landscape Photography), yet continue to insist that they received from me only $8.99 for the non-delivered item. So, despite my receipt from them, my confirmation from PayPal, their own confirmation of the amount received for the successfully delivered item, and the price listed on their website as €26.99 for ***** ******** ***** ***********, they refuse to complete the refund. I would like to receive from Future Publishing Ltd the remaining total of $21.00 for a full and complete refund of an item that has failed to be delivered after 20 weeks since the order confirmation.

I have contacted Future Publishing three times in the past in order to have them stop sending me their magazine subscriptions sales forms in the postal mail. In 2021 and 2022; I returned these subscription requests back to them, indicating that I wanted to be removed from their postal mailing list. I also called them ***************) in October 2022 and asked the same thing. but yet I continue to receive their unwanted sale ads in the postal mail with two more coming in just the past week (December 2022).
