    August 20th I had a car picked up from my house in ** to be carried by *************** to go to **********. The car was expected on 8/27. Today is Sept 6 and the company can not tell me where the car is. They do not communicate or respond to any information.

    I purchased a car from ********** and had it shipped to *********. Apparently, sometime during the process the trailer caught on fire with other cars on it. It has been a week since the delivery date and I have not heard one single bit of information from the shipping company, the owner or anything other than my car was burned.

    Date of my transaction is May 15, 2024, and I paid Lido $1000. for the transportation of my car from Ft. **********, ** to **********, **. I have pictures of my car with no damage before transportation. When my car arrived at my home, I noticed that my rear bumper was damaged, and the drive acknowledged it and signed that the car was damaged. I have been calling for 4 months now with no resolution. I have an estimate from a local body shop for $1,900 to repair my rear bumper.

MY DIRECT CONTACT IS *********************** PH# ************. DATE OF TRANSACTION 4/8/2024 ORDER ID: ********** DELIVERY WAS TO BE WITHIN 72 HOURS 4/12/2024. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THEM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS WITH ZERO RESULTS ONLY EXPLANATION IS THAT THE ***** BROKE DOWN IN ***** ON 4/12/2024 OR THE *** IS IN ROUTE. THERE HAS BEEN 7 ETA'S WITH ALL NO SHOWS. COMMUNICATION IS BAD THERE IS NO ONE TO HOLD ACCOUNTABLE. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION DO TO NONE DELIVERY.     After numerous calls concerning my shipment ***** and my brokers spoke on a conference call and the call was said to be recorded for qaqc. I spoke with them individually and was meet with aggressions both from the driver and dispatcher. They made threats and assured me that they would just take my car and leave it elsewhere and charge me 300 a day for storage.  I had to offload the vehicle myself .
