    I had Pella windows installed on June20 and to date they seem great. There were no measurement problems; every window seemed to fit and they seem to have kept the house warmer and cooler with lower utility bills. Pella does not have in-house installers but they told us that they have dedicated companies that do their installations. in my case they used Thermal Home Energy. They had set up the install for June 19th, 2023 between 8 and 10 AM. Called about 9AM and said they had a flat tire and bent axle and would be late. Then called and said they would come tomorrow and when I told them I had made arrangements for them to come that day they replied that it was a holiday. They came on the 20th, installed the windows and left the outside a mess and later I found a screw in my dining room where my great grand daughter plays. They were in such a hurry to leave that they never gave instructions on how windows and screens work.
    Told Pella about this but they didn't seem concerned.
    I think that Pella windows are a good product but a little expensive. However if ordering I would definitely not let Thermal do the installation.
