      I purchased a set of chairs through Amazon on May 27, 2023. I noticed that these chairs started peeling in August 2023 and I notified Amazon and then the seller then the manufacturer and Affirm to try to get this resolved and neither place will refund me or cancel my order so Affirm can refund me so I am not continuing paying. On the Amazon these chairs stated that these chairs were for outdoors and indoors but both are peeling and rusting after a few months. I was told from Amazon to reach out to the seller for a full refund as the seller has denied my request for refund due to return window has expired. I received the item may 27, ********************************* on early August 2023. I am not satisfied with my product due to these issues and defects with the items I ordered and I just want a full refund. I am asking for the company to cancel this order so I am no longer paying for a these items through Affirm. I dont want to continue paying on items that are not durable and has defects soon after purchase. Which these items were purchased in spring and summer conditions which states they were supposed to be outdoors as well as indoors durable as described in description. This is the reason why I want this order cancelled so that way Affirm will not continue charging me for these items. I was told by Affirm they just need this order cancelled by the seller to help me get removed from these payments to Affirm. Overall I want a full refund thats it. I also tried going through Amazon to refund me but they said that they could and then they changed it and stated they couldnt refund me either because the seller would have to refund it. Also Amazon has also stated that my claim for this refund has been rejected as well. I also tried contacting Affirm for cancellation this but they also declined it. So I am left with faulty products that I am still currently paying for monthly through Affirm. I need assistance with getting this resolved. Thanks! ******

      Hi ******,

      The chairs you got have a 30 day return window and warranty period. As your order was over 100 days old at the time of your first contact, we could not offer any refund that far out past the 30 day window. The item came with care instructions attached to the tag that outline how to protect the item for outdoor use, those care instructions were not followed. As you did not follow the care instructions, any damages are caused by your neglect to properly maintain and care for the chairs.

      The items did not have any care instructions in box I have already stated that. I am not sure what else they need. I have already included responses from company and manufacturers and Amazon. I would like a refund for the full amount which I paid.

      These items did not have any care instructions on them or in the box. I am still requesting a full refund for these items. I did not neglect this product. I took very good care of my products. This is not a reason to deny me a refund when the items arent durable and has defects that came from the manufacturer.

      The care instructions were on an attached ******* on the physical product. The item ordered has a 30 day return window/warranty, after which they can no longer be returned or refunded. Your order is from nearly 9 months ago, it is well past the return window, so we will not be able to accept your return or refund request.

      I am rejecting this response because:

       

      These items did not have any tag with care instructions attached to it and even if it did. These item stated online that it was an outdoor and indoor item and I did'nt even have it outdoors long in summer weather after i got these chairs and it began peeling,  which this being said these items are falsely advertised as outdoor and indoor or the manuifactuer did'nt properly seal or coat these items to be used outdoors especailly in a short amount of time i had them outdoors in the the early summer months for less then 2 months and this is why I requesting a full refund for these items because of this false or faulty product I received from the seller off Amazon.

      As mentioned several times already, your order is from nearly 1 year ago. Your order had a 30 day return and warranty window which closed a long time ago. We will not be providing any refund on your order as it is from almost a year ago and your complaint is a result from you not following the care instructions, which were provided with the item.
