      I recently relocated from Philadelphia to Chicago, and my crew (Gary G, Kyle P, and Gregg G) were all wonderful. The team was very professional and clearly very experienced, taking extra precautions to avoid scuffs and marks on my old apartment and wrapping everything up nice and safe. Gary took time to walk me through the process and adhered to the protocol that I was introduced to by my move coordinator, and this made me feel much more safe and like my possessions would be handled with care. They were very friendly and did not stop working for the 4 hours it took them to load everything! I was very impressed and would definitely use again.

      I have worked with Hughes Relocation Services multiple times in the last several years, and the service is always excellent. The Hughes team is a pleasure to work with. The estimator, the move coordinators, the packers, and the movers are consistently conscientious, pleasant, and professional. My local move on June 7 is a recent example. The estimator (John P.) provided an estimate within hours. The move coordinator (Jana C.) scheduled the move exactly when I needed, and she modified the packing schedule on short notice so I could attend my granddaughters' concert. The moving crew (Gary G., Kyle P., Gregg G., and Hector) worked carefully, but also quickly and tirelessly. If your rating system had ten stars, that is what my rating would be.
