      Started an 8-week Friday-Saturday-Sunday subscription on the phone the week of 8/21/23. Start date 9/1/23. Paper was never delivered any of the three days of the weekend even though I called each day. On the third day (9-3-23) I called to cancel subscription due to lack of delivery and asked for a refund. Neither with the initial call nor the call on 9/3/23 was I told there was a no refund policy. Received a bill on 9/9/23. I called 9/10/23 to inquire about the bill and was told the subscription was restarted 9/7/23. I never called to restart subscription nor received a paper. This is when I was told there was a no refund policy. I plan to take this further unless refunded the $32.

      Account # ******. We paid $473 via check # ***, which cleared on or about April 10, 2022, for 26 weeks of 7 day delivery of the Times Herald. We only received the newspaper on 2 occasions over a 2 month period after paying the full amount. We called multiple times to the Customer Service # ****************. Each time they stated they are "escalating the request" and will extend his 26 weeks. They expected the customer to keep calling to "escalate the request" so that the 26 weeks could be extended. We never received the paper delivery. In June, we began requesting a refund of the $473 since we only received the paper twice. An email was sent to a **************** (************@21st-centurymedia.com) on June 30, 2022. We were consistently told that someone would call us back, but nobody has returned the calls or emails on these "escalated requests". *****************************, the customer, is a 90 year old veteran. No business should treat a customer this way. We desire a refund.

      Paid for paper through 4 27 2022.Sent check 4 19 22 for 26wks Amount 222.10 They cashed it. Last paper received May 1 2022. Called May 17 May 24 Jun7 Jun17 July5 July 25. Each time they said they would start delivery. Nothing happened. On Aug 8 called asked for money back.They agreed. Nothing happened. On Aug 23 called again was told they don’t refund.When asked if you won’t refund and not delivery the paper. What then. Person on the phone, don’t know what to tell you. We had the times Herald delivered for the past 50 years. My. Family 80

      We have contacted the carrier to be sure to deliver to this address everyday.  If ****************** would still like to cancel, he can contact me directly so that we may send him a refund.  OUr customer service is not authorized to issue refunds.
