    Good morning
    My name is Beth b*******
    I emailed you yesterday about my papers your people lost I already want to the company I talked to her and she tried to call ***** where I got them and they don't have the papers they told me to go they told her to go back to me she told me the district guys told me you go back to you and tell your people to find them they are legal documents and if you can't find them she's going to take action I think you better start looking for them and ask that girl where she put them and it's not right and I told her I text emailed you yesterday and she's asking if I got any comment from you and I didn't and the is very aware of what's going on I think you people need to start looking for these papers she said I will not be able to get on the plane with my animal cuz I don't have the right paperwork

    After 17 years of using them, I am discusted with the manner in which I was treated. Awful!!!!!
