I sent a check to cover my grandson ****** ********* Senior High School Trip; but unfortunate circumstances has prevented him from being able to make this trip. And I've written to the North Penn School District to ask for a refund. I've emailed the Senior Trip Advisor ******** ****** about getting a refund and she has put me off since 19 November 2024, when I found out he wasn't going. I should be able to get refunded he's not going, period. Plus, she's put pressure on him to find someone to take his spot and that parent would pay the $500 back. That isn't an option, nor should it be his responsibility to do so. If you knew my grandson, he's not the type to go begging for someone to take his spot, he's a very reserved young man. I just want my money refunded of the $500. I've uploaded my supporting documents (i.e., emails & paid check) and hope you all can rectify & get me my $500 refunded. No one has money to waste like that, if I tell you that my grandson isn't going on this trip. Shouldn't be a leg puller getting this done, period.
