    ***** Fletcher goes by the name of Fletcher Restoration or Magnificent Restoration. This so called company used every dirty trick in the book to try and EXTORT more money from me. After l made (2) of supposed (3) payments for ($7,400) he submitted (2) more updated bills demanding l pay him another 3k before he did anything else, saying that he had done all the prerequisite/preliminary work to remodel the master bathroom and master bedroom. He stated, l needed to FUND the project but we sipplied ALL the materials, so the only thing l would be FUNDING was him. Yet, after (46) days on the job, of which he worked only part-time hours from (11a-3p) and called out sick for an entire week. He had completed nothing on the list. At one point, he offered to arrange getting me kitchen cabinets (white shaker-style) from a so-called connection. But, wanted me to pay $5200 for (14) cabinets, when l asked for a breakdown, he wouldn't do it. Finally, l asked for the sizes of the cabinets needed, same cabinets from ********** were ($2,500), a mark-up of over $2,700 dollars. Upon receiving the (3rd) updated invoice, l asked for a receipt of his prices and a complete itemization of the completed so called prerequisite/preliminary work, which made no sense because l would NEVER pay someone ($7,400) to prep the space for remodeling. He refused to provide it, saying it would cost $500 to $700 dollars to generate that type of report, and that he knew l didn't want to spend that type of money. I only chose him because he came by way of a referral. But, after his unscrupulous behavior upon further investigation, l now see his invoice only has a PO BOX, no business address, and no business license number on the invoice or on his vehicle, I will be filing a police report, and a complaint to the DOJ, and the Attorney Generals office, along with filing complaints on various social media platforms to help others avoid being taken advantage of by ***** Fletcher. He is a CROOK!!!
