    I was sold a vehicle from the company I was told that would pay my cost of my totaled car off to previous finance company. I have contacted them to no avail no answers and they never paid the balance to the company they breached the contract and falsified information on the contract

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I spoke with credit acceptance and they never received a check from them. They went all the way back to date stated on paperwork. I have paid and closed that account on my own so I am aware that they did not pay that amount to the financial institution. I am asking for that amount to be paid to me because I am the one who paid and closed the account 3 weeks ago. I would like to see the date the check was sent to them because they are stating they have never reviewed a check from acs. They are completely lying.

    Car Fraud I leased a 2010 ****** ****** from ACS PRE-OWNED AUTO 111 E. Baltimore Ave Lansdowne,PA ***** Cell ###-###-#### When I leased it I put down $1,500.00 with 142,000 miles on it. ****** says the Odometer was turned back, it Auctioned off at 201,000 miles it was put back to 118,000 miles I asked if he (*****) was positive I would make it to Paris Island, South Carolina to see my nephew graduate the ** ******* on June 9th, 2023 he said absolutely well I got there & I needed a new Starter Sensor $250.00, I’ve had nothing but headaches with this car. I had 2 Mechanics tell me it needed a Catilitor Converter & they ACS Auto Mechanics said it doesn’t. They told me 4 times it was fixed & still the next day the Engine Light came on every time they touched it I was told by my son who is a Licensed Mechanic that all they did was disconnect the battery! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can someone help me PLEASE I PAY $321.00 a month & I’m not paying anymore I need a reliable car I started a new job with Traffic Control Services LLC Flagger Force & I have to drive to each job site no matter if it’s in Pennsylvania close by or far away this vehicle WILL NOT make it I don’t think it’s going to last another week may lose my job

    Good Morning BBB,

       My name is ****************************, General Manager & F&I Director for ACS PREOWNED AUTO a DBA for AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION SERVICES, Inc. I have received *** **** ******’s complaint and also her complaint with Attorney General. The Attorney General complaint was more associated with the odometer discrepancy. I responded to that complaint and I can forward you the response upon your request. This was a financed deal through *** **** ******* ****., the financial institution that granted **** ****** the subprime loan. The federal government passed a law that written disclosure of the mileage registered on an odometer be provided on the title by the seller to the purchaser when the ownership of the vehicle is transferred. If the odometer mileage is incorrect , the law requires a statement to the effect to be furnished on the title to the buyer. However, a vehicle is exempt from the written disclosure requirements if it is 20 years old or older, or a model year 2010 vehicle or older. ACS Preowned Auto knowing that this vehicle is exempt from this law we still provided the disclosure to our customer and our customer **** ****** signed the disclosure. I have included the WID from Penn Dot & front and back of title signed by **** ****** and witnessed by notary, Auto Tags & Insurance, the auto tag agency we utilize located at *** ******* ****, Collingdale PA *****. As far as the mechanical integrity of the vehicle this is the responsibility of our service dept. *** ***** *****, ###-###-#### / *****@acsautobody.com, head of service dept and controller for the company, which is not mentioned in this complaint spoke to *** **** ****** a few times. In fact, I am including her complaint regarding *** ***** ***** that she emailed me and I made him aware of. I instructed *** **** ****** to contact *** ***** ***** because any service issue is handled by service. My statement of “the vehicle making it to Paris Island in South Carolina” was based on the clean bill of health and proper inspection of the vehicle performed by *** ***** *****’s service dept. My responsibilities delegated to me by Automotive Collision Service, Inc are to ensure the proper and ethical management and compliance of sales and finance for ACS PREOWNED AUTO.
