    Deadbeat contractor who takes your money and tries to use undersized lumber and non-standard methods to cut corners and violates National Building codes. I found out too late that he has several PA. court judgements against him that he was found guilty. He sends in non-professional "kids" to do work and then never shows up to supervise. He tried to tell me he was in the hospital and sent me a picture of himself from a year prior (I looked at the photo information) so obviously he's not tech savvy. Told me my last $5000 payment was for the decking at J&L Lumber but when I called them they had no orders from him in 6 months. He has not replied or attempted to resolve the issue and I only asked for the money back on labor and would concede the price of the lumber left behind. I had the Whitpain police ensure he doesn't return to my property. Now the Pa. Attorney General's office is investigating him along with Channel 6 WPVI and Channel 10 NBC. He touts affiliation with the Philadelphia Eagles and uses that to sell his services. They are also looking into this as we speak. He calls himself "Tatman" and changes the spelling of his last name between Solomon and Soloman to hide his previous court decision losses. Beware!
