    Ordered a bouquet shown in the picture. What was received, also pictured, was what I received. Also enclosed the businesses info as was received. As you can see it looks nothing like what was ordered. The arrangement looks like a 3 year old put it together. I was horribly embarrassed & will never use this company again. Saw comments from other consumers who have said the same thing.

    I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, clearly this is not acceptable and I would be willing to replace it or refund the money. Also not sure where this went to because  we do not deliver to New Jersey. I do try my best not to have disappointed customers.

    The delivery wasn't to NJ. It was to Philadelphia PA. I ordered it online in NJ. They refunded my money, but there were many other complaints like mine. They actually do deliver to NJ. I had placed multiple orders that day from them, 1 to Brownsmills NJ. Obviously,  the person responding needs to do their homework on this business
