    I’ve placed and order with this company September 7, 2023 and paid for priority shipping for September 15 I have the company FEMAFRIC after received no updates from the company since then. I’ve and contacted the company multiple times email and phone via social media pages. They responded 2xs from a social media page but. Only answered with one word and never responds again. When contacting the customer service team it’s connects you with no one I’ve left multiple messages and calls but no one has ever called me back but no answer at all. some needs to SHIP MY PACKAGE ASAP OR I NEED A REFUND!

    Order placed on June 1st, and label created on June 8th. However, as of June 19th, the carrier has yet to receive the item, and the vendor is not responding to any of my messages (*********, email, and voicemail). The current order is my third and last. The only resolve is a refund!

    I placed an on for five packs of hair on 11/5/2022: order number ******. The order amount was $138.00, and Femafric was paid this amount via my checking account on 11/7/2022. When I placed the order, I was not informed the items were on backorder. On 11/16/22, I received notification from Femafric via email that the items ordered were "about to ship" and provided the following tracking number; ******************************. When I did not receive the shipment within a couple of weeks, I contacted Femafric by phone on 12/14/2022 and asked for an update on the order. I received an email on 12/15/22 advising that there had been a delay and that the new ship date was 12/17/22. My items did not ship on 12/17/22. On 12/27/22, Femafric informed me the order would ship 12/27/22 or 1/3/2023. I followed up on 1/4/2023 to confirm the ship date and was advised on 1/5/23, they would reach out to fulfillment to get an update on the status of the order. I requested a refund on 1/10/23. Femafric wrote back on 1/12/23 and stated they did not show a refund pending for me and asked if I'd like a different product. On 1/13/23, I again said that I would like a refund. I wrote to them on 1/19/23 and 1/20/23, asking for the status of my refund. I am still waiting to hear back from Femafric. I have not received the items ordered on 11/5/2022, or a refund in the amount of $138.
