They got an Oldsmobile Bravada in on trade, and he turned around and sold it to me for more than double what they paid which I was OK with until the transmission went a week later. Exactly one week later.. I can’t afford another car until I get that money back

    To Whom It May Concern:

This customer was a previous employee here at the dealership and was an employee at the time of purchase.  Throughout his employment here he was given multiple rides to and from work by management as well as other employees because of circumstances with the loss of his previous vehicle.  He was working the day we took the Bravada in on trade and asked for the next four days if he could buy the vehicle.  Two other employees also wanted to purchase the vehicle but we decided to let ***** have it since he was in such dire need of a vehicle.  We took the vehicle in on trade for an ACV of $1,000 as the attached screenshot proves and sold it to ***** for $500 over cost which is standard policy for employees.  He paid $1,500 plus tax and tags which the attached bill of sale will prove.  He was also completely aware of the vehicle's year, mileage and condition and the fact that the dealership was selling it AS IS, also something the bill of sale will prove. Please let me know if you have any further questions on this matter.

purchased vehicle from dealer along with a extended warranty. the vehicle has been intermittently losing power steering for approximately 1 year. had it to the dealer because the problem is becoming more frequent. The mechanic can verify the problem exists by the trouble codes set in the vehicles computer. but cannot make repairs because they say the problem is not " happening right now ". They said it could be one of two things going bad and they cannot just guess at which to change. Not only is this a major safety concern but the warranty clock is running and this needs resolved now.
