      I am an independent AC and Refrigeration Contractor (Strong AC) on South Padre Island Texas.I have worked on and repaired 3 Each Heat Siphon Heat Pumps (that were in warranty) for **** who works for **** ******. I have sent the repair invoices to her, and she refuses to pay me. This has been going on for over a year. I know my next step is to get an attorney, and file a lawsuit for what she owes me plus expenses, but I just wanted to let the public and any AC / Refrigeration Contractors out there to be aware of this misconduct and unprofessionalism.
