  Initially, I stated in my complaint, that the business,********** Auto Sales, was the responsible party for the damages caused by the mechanics that were working out of the businesss garage. But have recently been informed by the company, that the company rents out the garage to a business by the name of, EPIC AUTOMOTIVE (owned and operated by a *******) has rented out the garage to do side work that requires the use of a lift.   start. So, ******* replaced my vehicles battery, with one he had sitting around his shop. Afterwards, while driving home, my sister-inlaw notified me that the vehicle had a bad shudder and that it was idling roughly at stoplights. and the steering wheel wasnt lined up with the wheels. Over the course of the following days, whenever I wasnt working into the dusk, I would inspect the engine and kept noticing parts were missing. The engine firewall insulation was missing a front left lug nut is missing another is missing the protective casing the skid plate was missing and the front underside of the bumper splash guard is missing, as well as lots of the plastic clips that hold the wheel well and bumper pieces together. Vehicle has hard time starting most times and check engine light stays on because now, it has a manifold pressure issue. The vehicle run worse now, than it did before they worked on it.

  Maam i am the owner of ********* Auto Sales we have no record of any business with you i believe your mistaken we rent our garage to mobile mechanics  to use from time to time to use our lift because we dont work on **** ****** and if your vehicle was in our shop you would have a digital invoice from us say my company name i assure you that we have not been paid or have taken any money for a **** ***** job maybe your refferring to ************************* not us he dose mobile mechanic work also or ***** that  rents our bay when its a job they he cant do by mobile means i ask that you kindly remove this false false complaint as you have the wrong company please feel free to reach out to me anytime

  I wish to have this complaint retracted, because I mistakenly gave the name of the wrong business.  I have been in talks with the business owner whom's business that I assumed was the correct business used in my original complaint, but was not.  I need for my complaint against ********* Auto Sales, to be removed before it does harm to the business!
