    I am writing to file a formal complaint against ****************************** Automotive in regard to a deeply troubling and unprofessional experience I had with the shop. My vehicle was brought in for diagnostic purposes only, and throughout the course of this engagement, I encountered serious issues related to communication, unauthorized repairs, unjustified billing, and ultimately coercive threats. The series of events that transpired not only resulted in an unresolved vehicle issue but also in financial stress and emotional distress due to the way the situation was handled.

    Someone I know worked for this man for only a month or two. He was horrible to him!! He cursed at him and treated him worse than a dog. He was hired as a mechanic and had his inspection license but the boss had him doing his yard work. Yes it was a job but was not expecting a mechanic to do lawn maintenance. Also the last two days were not paid to him because the boss said he did unacceptable work and the way he left was also unacceptable. I would never take any vehicle there. He is a horrible human. I know this because I overheard him talking to employees.
