    I had a $10 Monthly membership. Planet Fitness took out $10 on the 3rd of April I believe. Then charged me a $25 late fee. I called they said they got a new system and that shouldnt have happened so they refunded me only $15. Then they charged my card a $49 annual fee on May 1st. Then again on May 10th. I called and again they said the new system charged over 400 people and everytime i call to speak to the manager he talks over me he is very dismissive and they do not return my emails, so i have to call. Everytime i call its the same conversation. Theyre waiting for the charge to go through to refund me. The charge has gone through days ago. Its been over a week and i still havent gotten my money. I got charged about $135 BECAUSE OF THEIR NEW SYSTEM, within a 3 week span. I am furious because its the principal and they have poor customer service ( the manager ). I have all my bank statements to show i am not lying as well. They also continued to try to pull $64 out of my card but i locked it. I moved my money to my savings and yet they still pulled money off my card even after that and after i changed my card off of the account. I work long hours so i wasnt able to go into the store to cancel my membership because you cant do it online or on the phone.

    I wanted to submit the payments being posted and taken from my account. The monthly $10 payment from April wouldnt show, thats fine. I have moved all my money to my savings from my checking and the payments still went through thats why you see the ***** Non-Sufficient Funds fee ) it withdrew my account checking account because they keep taking the money. & The money did go through. when I had to move the money from my savings back into my checking, I was no longer in the negative however, the principal of this all is that i was told their new system charged me along with 400 other people late feees. Yet they have yet to refund me.

    Someone signed up for a membership using my information and when I called to cancel they said I had to come in and I’ve been trying to get it canceled for months and they have been throwing me around and lying to me about how it all works and now that I finally drove all the way to Lebanon PA to cancel the membership they said they won’t refund me my money until I pay them $116. Why would I pay you to cancel and refund something that you weren’t supposed to take in the first place, I’ve been reaching out since may or June and it’s now august, I called the corporate numbers and the payment processors and the home gym and everything and they all keep sending me all around an no one will return my money or tell me who has been going to the gym
