    12/31/2023: Contacted Allstar's Call to The Haul LLC (****** and *************************) to move my daughter from ********** to **. He accepted the job and said he could transport her car and all personal belongings. demanded half down to secure the job, sent to his wife (*************************) through a cash app. We paid him $1,000.00. 2/25/2024 The evening before he was supposed to arrive to get my daughter's belongings, he texted and said he broke down in ********** and wasn't going to make it. This is after we texted and called him repeatedly for 2 days with no response. We had no choice but to rent a storage unit for her belongings because we were flying back to ** the next day! ***** said he could come and get her stuff when his truck was fixed.For the next 30 days he gave one excuse after another as to why he could not pick up her stuff. We finally hired someone else and contacted ***** to refund the $1,000 we paid him. as of today, 4/11/2024 he has not given the money back and he has ghosted us! All total, he has cost me over $6,000 because of his actions! I found many reviews online and it appears he has done the something to others. I am taking action to not only get my money back but to get the word out about this company, so he is not able to continue to do this to others!

    I hired this company, Allstars call to the Haul to Haul to move my furniture and my vehicle from ****************** to *************************. The owner, ************************* charged $3000 for the job. He was paid the total amount and when my furniture were delivered everything was damaged. He didnt even bother to transport the car which he was paid to do as well. When I reached out to him he told me not to contact him anymore. Upon picking up my stuff everything was in great condition, no scratches whatsoever. He is so unprofessional and dishonest. When he furniture were delivered to my new address I sent him an extra $300 to assemble them. Its obvious he didnt even use any tools as they are all falling apart. There are loose screws all over the house and furniture parts are missing. The base of the beds are nowhere to be found.

    On August 24 2023, I entered into an agreement with "Allstar's Call to the Haul" ************************* and *********************** ****** through "*****" to facilitate my move from ****** Storage on ********************SA, TX****** to a condo at *****************************, Montebello, CA ********. The official invoice stated the agreed-upon moving date all items to be delivered on 8/26/23 with a total cost of $1000. I paid ****** $333 for deposit via ***** on 8/23/23 for the items to be picked up on the 24th, which I also helped move. Allstar's breached our agreement due to refusing to deliver all of our items to our condo. Allstar's did not completely deliver the following items including laundry appliances and furnitures. He spoke to me on the phone stating he and his wife will hire helpers to complete the moves. He came with just his wife and had me help with most of the moves again while I still paid him over $1000 including tips. Allstar's insisted to have us open a storage again to put the items mentioned above in there. I refused on this idea since the purpose was to close the storage not to open another one as I have been looking for buyers to purchase those items. ****** and ****** lied to me by offering to purchase those items and to pay me within 2 weeks after the moving dates. ****** called to open a storage at "***** *****" under their information without notified the storage employees they are movers - knowing they will be rejected due to movers known to leave customers items in the storage without paying. Which exactly what ****** and ****** did to me even forced me to pay for the storage fees and unprofessionally had me retrieve the items myself. When I attempted to address these issues with *******'s, I experienced unresponsiveness from them. They failed to provide satisfactory solutions and take responsibility for their actions and even claimed to block me. I had to escalate the issues by reporting to the police (*** **********) and the storage manager to bring my items back.
