    Owner called and harassed me when I left them a negative review. Still waitiing on a refund or the products I ordered 3 months ago.

    Customer states constantly regarding his 3 month order lead time...not sure how we are supposed to respond when at the time of his order he was made clearly aware of the 16 week lead time on his item.  16 weeks is 4 months...which is longer then his 3 month wait

     

    the customers refund was processed 11/26/******** was told it take 7-10 days...but he wants it "NOW"...well we cant do NOW..that isnt how credit card processing works.

     

    Customer stated owner harassed him?  When you call in and chew the employee who is working in a completely seperate part of our business up and down because the people working in the department you want to talk to our off early on vacation....just because you havent gotten the item you recieved early...

     

    when you are going to ask for a refund, have it refunded less then 5 minutes after that and then immediately go onto ****** and leave a 1 star review saying we scammed him out of $180?  

    the owner called asking why he is doing this when we literally resolved his "issue" instantly

    after being sworn and literally screamed out and then hung up on because "he doesnt have time for this just send me my f*cking money?

    is this what the BBB is?  A platfrom to empower disgruntled customers who are going to allow them to attempt further defamatory posting?

    Order placed on 6/7/2024 for Orange Car Antenna has not been received. No information has been provided and only one email from company has been sent on 7/25/2024, after I reached out to pay pal regarding my issue, stating my order will be complete in 10 days and still no tracking information yet.
