    My son ******** has been going here for years I have been waiting over a year and half to get him numerous appointments were scheduled and then the office kept calling me and canceling the appointment because they didn't have a dental hygienist over and over for months I tried to schedule one they told me they would call with an opening and nothing not one call when I called the same answer we will call to make appointment and not one call at all. Well I call today 2/9/23 at 1030 and they tell me we cant get him until August that is unacceptable they canceled my appointments multiple times and now they want to wait till August. I get put on hold for over 10 min then get hung up on while waiting to schedule and then call back and be told I was a liar they didn't hang up on me when I heard the click I am furious I have never ever had issues like this before and my son loves going to them and the office I thought was wonderful but today this left a bad taste in my mouth. Why should he have to wait for August when they messed up and never made it right. I am so heated right now I cant even believe they would do this. Then she said well you can go somewhere else and call back to cancel this office is terrible never in my life have I been treated like this I never thought they would do this at least they can do something to make it right they dropped the ball not me they never even sent me a postcard to reschedule or a new appointment then I am told it works both ways terrible service.
