  Mis-wired light switches,wrong wiring for LED mirror and baseboard heater,spliced wiring above shower,overloaded boxes,NO wiring behind electrical receptacle(!),mis-wired mini-split compressor,charged for Ring cameras but never received,told we were getting new tankless water heater but given refurbished- and too small for shower,also did plumbing- totally messed that up.Consistently wouldn't come out to fix issues.Outlets had wiring hanging ****** face plates on outside light fixtures,no receptacle put on outside like requested,no kitchen task lighting put in, wires cut on our new ceiling fixture/fan,cut holes through wall to outside in wrong place after having been given a detailed diagram, never plugged hole,electrical receptacles in wrong places,sloppy holes cut in celing,2 pressure gauges on plumbing which caused the pipes to bang- drawing power and causing lights to dim,problem with mast outside that was never even noticed(and they're supposed to be a certified electrical inspector!),ran water lines to well in the wrong place- just shrugged his shoulders when I complained.I had told him I wanted the lines run with the other ones straight out the back.These problems have caused us to lose about a year of time and has cost us at least $20,000 so far.And will probably cost us another $10,000 to re-do the water lines. The professionals we hired were horrified at the ******* least 5 places that could've started a fire.Backs cut out of electrical boxes.Bare wires on the ground, wires just cut off in cabin.GFCI outlet in kitchen wired ********* put under cabin- why???The electricians and plumbers we hired afterward found MAJOR issues with pretty much everything he did.Lied about when he was coming out.Left a rats nest of wires here and there, panel box not even straight... fired them and then they wanted to come out and fix things.We won't let them on our property- would not trust them to ever fix things properly. Too dangerous!!!

  I have reached out several times trying to come to a resolution with you regarding a project that you released Glenn Electrical from finishing. Unfortunately, much of your issues resulted from the other contractor tampering and sabotaging our work. We have tried to work with you but I cannot work with someone who doesn't want to find a resolution, who would not let us finish and who finds satisfaction in dragging a reputable companies name through the mud. It is also unfortunate that competitors have capitalized on your dissatisfaction with the unfinished project. Glenn Electrical is truly sorry that we couldn't finish this project for you or find a resolution together as costumer satisfaction is our main priority. But how can you make a customer satisfied if that is not their goal.
